
Derivatives Operations Analyst
The Bank of New York Mellon is looking for an experienced and motivated Derivatives Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services operations and excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Responsibilities:

- Work with various accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

- Develop and maintain processes and procedures for derivatives operations.
- Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with financial regulations.
- Identify trends and recommend changes to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor market developments and update internal stakeholders on relevant changes.
- Analyze and report on derivatives operations performance.
- Develop and implement training initiatives to ensure staff is properly equipped to handle derivatives operations.
- Stay up to date with regulatory changes and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
