The Bank of New York Mellon is seeking a Business Intelligence & Data Management Manager to lead our team in leveraging data to drive insights and inform business decisions. In this role, you will be accountable for the development and management of our data strategies, systems, and processes. You should be a creative problem solver with a passion for data management and analytics.The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and business acumen, with a deep understanding of business intelligence and data management best practices. You should have extensive experience in data management, data warehousing, and data governance. A knack for understanding customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions is essential. You must also be able to develop and execute strategies to ensure data quality, integrity, and security.Candidates should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders.
