  1. Conduct accurate and timely processing of daily fund transactions, including reconciliations, pricing, and portfolio valuations.
  2. Communicate effectively with fund management clients to address their inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.
  3. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance procedures.
  4. Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  5. Prepare and review financial reports and statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting principles.
  6. Monitor and analyze fund performance data, identifying any discrepancies or anomalies and taking appropriate action.

  8. Update and maintain client records and documentation, ensuring all information is current and accurate.
  9. Assist in the training and development of new team members to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
  10. Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
  11. Proactively identify and escalate any potential issues or risks to management.
  12. Collaborate with other departments within the organization to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
  13. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all data privacy and security policies.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Fund Administration Or Related Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Investment Products And Fund Structures.
