- Perform daily fund administration tasks, including NAV calculations, trade processing, and reconciliation of cash and assets.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of fund transactions.
- Monitor and review fund performance and report any discrepancies or issues to management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports for clients.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvements and efficiency.
- Maintain a strong understanding of fund structures, industry regulations, and market trends.
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to address any inquiries or concerns regarding fund administration.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills in fund administration and investment management.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations, to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated on industry developments and changes in regulations to ensure compliance and suggest necessary changes to processes.
