  1. Conduct data management activities such as data cleansing, data validation, and data quality assessments to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data.
  2. Perform quantitative analysis on large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions and strategies.
  3. Develop and maintain data models and databases to support data management and analysis.

  9. Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates and insights on data management and analysis.
  10. Adhere to data privacy and security policies to ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  11. Take ownership of assigned projects and tasks, and manage them efficiently to meet deadlines and expectations.
  12. Assist in training and mentoring new team members to ensure a strong understanding of data management and analysis processes.
  13. Continuously seek ways to optimize and streamline data management processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Finance, Economics, Or Mathematics

  • Strong Analytical And Quantitative Skills, With Proficiency In Data Management And Statistical Analysis Software

  • Minimum Of 1-2 Years Of Experience In Data Management Or Quantitative Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry

  • Knowledge Of Financial Markets And Products, Including Securities, Derivatives, And Risk Management

  • Excellent Communication And Presentation Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Convey Complex Data And Analysis To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
