Job Description

At The Bank of New York Mellon, we are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Associate, Client Processing Representative. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our Client Processing team and will be responsible for ensuring that our clients receive the highest quality of service and support. The ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen eye for detail. They should also have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a commitment to meeting and exceeding client expectations. They must also possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field and at least one year of work experience in the banking or financial services industry. At The Bank of New York Mellon, we strive to provide our clients with superior service and a personalized experience. We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team and help us achieve this goal.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients of The Bank of New York Mellon.
  2. Cultivate relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met.
  3. Utilize excellent communication and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and resolve any issues.
  4. Adhere to established policies and procedures and ensure accuracy of all client processing.
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of all client interactions.
  6. Assist in the development of new processes and procedures for client processing.
  7. Remain up to date on industry trends and new products and services.
  8. Monitor client accounts and review transactions for accuracy.
  9. Actively participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve existing processes.
  10. Generate reports and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement.
