  1. Provide excellent client service by promptly responding to client inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues.
  2. Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of client requests.
  4. Maintain strong knowledge of investment products and services offered by the company.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on their investment accounts.
  7. Ensure all client information is kept confidential and secure.

  10. Handle client complaints and escalate to appropriate parties when necessary.
  11. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to measure team and individual performance.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals and objectives.
  13. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  14. Maintain accurate and organized client records and documentation.
  15. Maintain a professional and positive attitude while representing the company to clients and stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
