Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer

The Bank of New York Mellon is looking for an experienced and driven Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer with the ability to lead and manage large-scale change initiatives. The Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing Agile and RTE strategies and initiatives, and will have the unique opportunity to work with a variety of teams, from product to engineering and beyond. Required Qualifications:• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer• Proven success in leading and implementing Agile and RTE initiatives • Ability to mentor and coach teams on Agile and RTE principles and values • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects with a high degree of accuracy and quality • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and RTE best practices
