Job Description

The Bank of New York Mellon is looking for an experienced and driven Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer with the ability to lead and manage large-scale change initiatives. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for using Agile and Release Train Engineering (RTE) to drive continuous improvement, and the capacity to help our organization reach its full potential through these methodologies. The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully implementing Agile and RTE, as well as the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders. Our ideal candidate also has a deep understanding of the values and principles of Agile and RTE, and is able to mentor and coach teams on these. The Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer will be responsible for developing and executing Agile and RTE strategies and initiatives, and will have the unique opportunity to work with a variety of teams, from product to engineering and beyond. Required Qualifications:• 4+ years of experience as an Agile Coach/Release Train Engineer• Proven success in leading and implementing Agile and RTE initiatives • Ability to mentor and coach teams on Agile and RTE principles and values • Ability to manage multiple, complex projects with a high degree of accuracy and quality • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and RTE best practices

Responsibilities: • Lead and manage large-scale change initiatives utilizing Agile and Release Train Engineering (RTE) • Develop and execute Agile and RTE strategies and initiatives • Mentor and coach teams on Agile and RTE principles and values • Manage multiple, complex projects with a high degree of accuracy and quality • Communicate effectively and collaborate with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders • Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and RTE best practices
