Thales is seeking a highly motivated Technical Lead - Power Electronics/Power Supply Design to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers to develop power electronics/power supply designs and related components for our advanced technology projects.The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Power Engineering or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in power electronics/power supply design. A strong background in analog and digital circuit design, power electronics, and power supply design is essential. You should also have experience with power simulation software and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.You are a self-starter and problem solver, who is comfortable taking initiative and working independently. You have strong communication and interpersonal skills and are able to work effectively with other members of the team and stakeholders.
