Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Electrical Hardware Design, Preferably In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.
Strong Knowledge Of Electrical Engineering Principles And Design Tools, Such As Cad Software.
Previous Experience In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role, With The Ability To Manage And Mentor A Team Of Engineers.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Do-254 And Do-160, And The Ability To Ensure Compliance In All Designs.
