  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to Thales
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to meet those needs
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage with potential candidates
  • Screen and assess candidates through interviews, phone screenings, and other assessment tools to determine their qualifications and fit for Thales
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Thales, promoting the company's mission, culture, and values to potential candidates
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  • Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition process
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, and make recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and events to showcase Thales as an employer of choice.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources Or A Related Field: A Strong Educational Foundation In Human Resources Or A Related Field Is Essential For A Talent Acquisition Partner At Thales. This Qualification Ensures A Thorough Understanding Of Recruitment Strategies, Hr Principles, And Employment Laws.

  • Prior Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting: Thales Is Looking For Candidates With At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Talent Acquisition Or Recruiting. This Experience Should Include Sourcing, Screening, And Interviewing Candidates, As Well As Managing The Full Recruitment Process.

  • Familiarity With Applicant Tracking Systems (Ats) And Recruiting Tools: Thales Utilizes Various Recruiting Tools And An Ats To Manage Their Recruitment Process. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience Working With These Tools And Be Comfortable Navigating Their Features And Functionalities.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: As A Talent Acquisition Partner, You Will Be Responsible For Building Relationships With Hiring Managers And Candidates. Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills Are Crucial For Effectively Understanding And Meeting Their Needs And Expectations.

  • Knowledge Of The Tech Or Defense Industry: Thales Operates In The Tech And Defense Industry, And Having Prior Knowledge And Experience In These Fields Would Be Beneficial. This Includes An Understanding Of Industry-Specific Skills, Competencies, And Market Trends.
