Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Communication Systems For Naval Applications.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Naval Communication Protocols, Including Mil-Std-188-181B, Link 16, And Satcom.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Managing Cross-Functional Teams In The Development Of Communication Systems For Naval Vessels.
Familiarity With Thales' Products And Solutions, As Well As Experience Working With Military Clients And Understanding Their Specific Requirements And Standards.
