Job Description

  1. Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accuracy and completeness of inventory records.
  2. Identify and investigate any discrepancies between physical inventory and recorded inventory.
  3. Accurately record and document inventory levels and adjustments.
  4. Collaborate with supply chain and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  5. Monitor inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of stock.
  6. Follow established procedures for inventory management and reporting.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate efficient stocktaking processes.
  8. Utilize inventory management software and tools to track and update inventory records.
  9. Communicate effectively with team members and managers regarding inventory status and needs.
  10. Identify and report any potential inventory issues or concerns to management.
  11. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve stocktaking processes.
  12. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations while performing stocktaking duties.
  13. Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
