  1. Develop and design innovative solutions for electronic and electrical engineering (EEE) projects in line with client requirements and industry standards.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, project managers, and clients to understand project goals and develop effective solutions.
  3. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify the best approach and technologies for EEE design projects.
  4. Create detailed technical specifications and documentation for EEE solutions including system architecture, component selection, and testing plans.
  5. Stay updated on the latest advancements in EEE design and incorporate them into the development process.
  6. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the design and development process.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and assist in their professional development.
  8. Participate in project meetings and present EEE design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders.
  9. Conduct regular reviews and evaluations of EEE design processes and tools to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
  10. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to identify new business opportunities and contribute to proposals and bids for EEE design projects.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In The Electronics Or Eee Design Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience In Electronics Hardware Design, Including Schematic Capture And Pcb Layout.

  • Proficiency In Using Design Software Such As Altium, Cadence, Or Mentor Graphics.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Design Innovative Solutions And Troubleshoot Complex Issues.
