  1. Design cutting-edge solutions that meet the business needs and align with Thales' strategic goals.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  3. Create technical roadmaps and architecture diagrams to guide the development of solutions.
  4. Conduct research and stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure Thales remains at the forefront of innovation.
  5. Evaluate and select the most suitable technologies, tools, and frameworks for each project.
  6. Lead the implementation and integration of complex solutions, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  7. Identify and mitigate technical risks, as well as troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
  8. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical and non-technical teams, to ensure alignment and understanding of the solutions.
  9. Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  10. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and optimization within existing solutions.
  11. Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project timelines and budget are met.
  12. Adhere to Thales' security and data protection policies and procedures in all aspects of solution design and implementation.
  13. Participate in technical presentations, conferences, and other events to showcase Thales' capabilities and expertise.
  14. Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork and knowledge sharing among colleagues.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to other teams within Thales.
