  1. Oversee the software development process and ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

  3. Drive continuous improvement within the software discipline, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  5. Develop and maintain software engineering standards and processes to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  6. Stay current with industry trends and advancements in software development, and incorporate new technologies and methodologies into the team's workflow.
  7. Act as a mentor and coach to team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of learning and growth.

  9. Collaborate with project managers to plan and allocate resources effectively, ensuring the team has the necessary skills and tools to deliver high-quality software.
  10. Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, ensuring a diverse and skilled workforce.
  11. Actively participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, contributing insights and recommendations to drive the success of the software discipline.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, providing updates on project progress, risks, and opportunities.
