- Prepare and deliver presentations and briefings to internal and external stakeholders on Thales' government relations activities and positions.
- Stay up-to-date on industry and political trends and developments that may impact Thales' government relations strategy.
- Manage a team of government relations professionals and provide mentorship and guidance to support their professional development.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Government Relations, Lobbying, Or Public Affairs At A Senior Level.
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Governmental Processes, Policies, And Regulations At The Local, State, And Federal Levels.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Advocating For Legislative And Regulatory Changes That Positively Impact The Company's Business Objectives.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Represent The Company's Interests To Various Stakeholders, Including Government Officials, Industry Associations, And Community Organizations.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Political Science, Law, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Or Additional Certifications In Government Relations Or Public Affairs Is A Plus.
