  2. Oversee and manage all security operations, including physical security, access control, and surveillance systems.

  4. Collaborate with clients to understand their security needs and develop customized security solutions.
  5. Recruit, train, and manage a team of security personnel to ensure the highest level of service delivery.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Criminal Justice, Security Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Security Management, Preferably In A Corporate Or Government Setting.

  • Extensive Knowledge Of Security Best Practices And Industry Standards, Including Physical And Digital Security Measures.

  • Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Train A Team Of Security Personnel.

  • Experience In Developing And Implementing Security Policies, Procedures, And Protocols To Ensure The Safety And Security Of Employees, Assets, And Information.
