  1. Develop and implement logistics strategies and plans to support the smooth operation of our systems.
  2. Coordinate and manage multiple logistics support activities, including supply chain management, maintenance, repair, and transportation.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve any logistics issues or challenges.
  5. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  6. Lead and manage a team of logistics professionals, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  8. Oversee the integration of logistics processes and systems to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  9. Develop and maintain budgets for logistics activities and monitor expenses to ensure adherence to financial targets.
  10. Stay current with industry trends and best practices in logistics and systems integration, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Communicate regularly with upper management to report on logistics performance and provide updates on any significant developments or challenges.
  12. Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks to logistics operations.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of new systems and processes to improve logistics efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and open communication.
  15. Continuously strive for excellence and innovation in logistics operations, seeking out opportunities for improvement and growth.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Logistics And Integrated Systems Management

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Management And Logistics Principles

  • Experience With Project Management And Coordination In A Complex Environment

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Under Pressure And Meet Tight Deadlines.
