- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Workday Compensation for Thales' global organization.
- Provide functional expertise and guidance to ensure the successful integration of Workday Compensation into Thales' HR processes and systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and finance, to gather requirements and develop solutions that align with business objectives.
- Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday Compensation, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Conduct training and knowledge sharing sessions for HR and other relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth adoption of Workday Compensation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any functional issues that arise during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
- Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations, for Workday Compensation.
- Collaborate with the Workday technical team to ensure the proper integration and data management between Workday Compensation and other HR systems.
- Stay updated on any system updates or changes to Workday Compensation and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the effectiveness of Workday Compensation processes and procedures to ensure maximum efficiency and accuracy.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Experience Working With Cross-Functional Teams And Managing Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Functional Role With Workday Compensation.
Strong Understanding Of Compensation Principles And Practices, As Well As Applicable Laws And Regulations.
Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Resolve Complex Issues.
