Requirements Engineer

We’re looking for an experienced Requirements Engineer to join Thales. This is a key role in the development of products and services, with the primary responsibility of ensuring that our customers’ needs are met and that their requirements are accurately translated into our processes and solutions. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical background and experience in working with customers to understand their requirements. You must also be an excellent communicator, able to effectively explain technical information to non-technical audiences, and have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working in the defence industry, though this is not essential.You will be part of a diverse and dynamic team, working collaboratively to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our customers and clients.
