- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Thales' Data and Application Security solutions in the designated region.
- Identify and target potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand and stay updated on the data and application security market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions and sales forecasts.
- Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and be a point of contact for clients.
- Represent Thales at industry events and conferences to promote our solutions and build brand awareness.
- Continuously develop and improve knowledge of Thales' products and services, as well as the broader security industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and drive overall team success.
- Travel within the designated region to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including ethical and legal standards, at all times.
Bachelor's Degree In Business, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Quotas.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Interpersonal Skills.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales, Preferably In The Data Or App Security Industry.
