  1. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets in the BFSI sector.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized CIAM solutions for clients.
  5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and market developments to inform sales strategy.
  6. Utilize a consultative approach to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  7. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Thales' CIAM solutions to clients.
  8. Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the BFSI industry.
  9. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and progress towards targets.
  11. Represent Thales at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  12. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop and launch effective sales campaigns.
  13. Mentor and train junior sales team members to improve their skills and knowledge.
  14. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Sales Management, Preferably In The Ciam (Customer Identity And Access Management) Sector Within The Bfsi (Banking, Financial Services, And Insurance) Industry.

  • Proven Track Record Of Achieving And Exceeding Sales Targets In A Regional Or National Territory.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of The Ciam Market And Trends, As Well As Strong Understanding Of The Bfsi Industry And Its Unique Challenges.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Key Stakeholders At All Levels.

  • Strong Leadership Skills With The Ability To Motivate And Manage A Team, As Well As Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Sales Growth.
