  1. Conduct thorough reviews and audits of products and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for corrective actions.
  3. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to improve overall product and process quality.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire production process.
  5. Monitor and track quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  6. Investigate and resolve quality issues, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance practices.
  8. Train and educate team members on quality assurance principles and best practices.
  9. Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives to senior management.
  10. Maintain documentation and records related to quality assurance activities.
  11. Conduct supplier audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
  12. Continuously assess and improve quality assurance processes and procedures.
  13. Communicate with customers and stakeholders regarding quality concerns and resolutions.
  14. Uphold and promote the company's reputation for excellence and commitment to quality.
  15. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects to improve overall product and process quality.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Quality Management, Or Business.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience In A Quality Assurance Or Auditing Role Within A Highly Regulated Industry, Preferably In Aerospace Or Defense.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Industry Standards Such As Iso 9001, As9100, And As9115.

  • Excellent Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Implement Process Improvements.

  • Proven Experience In Conducting Audits And Producing Detailed Reports, With A Keen Attention To Detail And Ability To Communicate Findings Effectively To Stakeholders.
