  1. Develop and implement strategic public relations plans to enhance Thales' brand and reputation globally.
  2. Build and maintain positive relationships with key media representatives, industry influencers, and stakeholders.
  3. Create and distribute compelling and engaging press releases, media kits, and other materials to promote Thales' products, services, and achievements.
  4. Monitor and analyze media coverage and industry trends to identify opportunities for Thales' exposure and reputation management.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to identify and develop newsworthy stories and angles for media outreach.
  6. Develop and maintain crisis communication plans to effectively manage and mitigate negative publicity.
  7. Plan and execute media events, including press conferences, product launches, and industry conferences.
  8. Serve as a spokesperson for Thales, responding to media inquiries and arranging interviews with company executives.
  9. Monitor and manage Thales' online presence and social media channels, ensuring consistent and positive messaging.
  10. Develop and manage relationships with external PR agencies, ensuring alignment with Thales' brand and messaging.
  11. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure PR efforts are integrated with overall marketing strategies.
  12. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain messaging and talking points for company executives.
  13. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors' activities, and current events to proactively identify opportunities and potential risks for Thales.
  14. Ensure all communication complies with Thales' brand standards, messaging, and values.
  15. Prepare and monitor PR budgets and provide regular reports on PR activities and results to senior management.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Public Relations Role, Preferably In A Technology Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With A Strong Ability To Craft And Deliver Compelling Messaging To Various Stakeholders.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Executing Successful Pr Strategies And Campaigns.

  • Strong Network Of Media Contacts And Previous Experience In Managing Media Relations, Crisis Communications, And Social Media Management.
