  1. Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and reliability.
  2. Oversee and lead a team of product assurance specialists to ensure all testing and inspection processes are carried out efficiently and effectively.
  3. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and streamline processes.
  4. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, such as ISO, FDA, and customer-specific requirements.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  6. Manage and maintain product testing and inspection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
  7. Analyze and report on quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  8. Communicate quality-related information and updates to internal stakeholders, including senior management.
  9. Conduct trainings and workshops for employees on quality assurance processes and procedures.
  10. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in quality assurance techniques and technologies.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Product Assurance Or Quality Management Role In A Highly Regulated Industry (E.g. Aerospace, Defense, Or Transportation).

  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Quality Assurance, Or A Related Field. Advanced Degree Preferred.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Quality Management Systems And Standards (E.g. Iso 9001, As9100) And Their Application In A Complex Product Development Environment.

  • Strong Understanding Of Product Lifecycle Management And The Ability To Ensure Product Quality At Each Stage Of Development.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Influence Cross-Functional Teams To Drive Quality And Process Improvements.
