- Support Project Management Office (PMO) activities by assisting in the development and maintenance of project management processes, procedures, and tools.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor and track project progress, providing regular updates and reports to project stakeholders.
- Identify and analyze project risks and issues, and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Provide support in project budget management, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
- Participate in project meetings and provide input and recommendations to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct research and analysis to support project decision-making.
- Act as a point of contact for project team members and stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the PMO.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in project management.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner, promoting the Thales brand and values.

Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills.
Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
Bachelor's Degree In Project Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools.
Experience With Project Management Software And Tools, Such As Microsoft Project And Jira.
