  1. Develop and maintain production processes for Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing to ensure efficient and high-quality production.
  2. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to review PCB designs and provide input on manufacturability and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Conduct feasibility studies and provide recommendations for new PCB production methods and technologies.
  4. Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  5. Train and mentor production team members on new production processes, equipment, and technologies.
  6. Work closely with suppliers to source and evaluate new materials and components for PCB production.
  7. Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations throughout the production process.
  8. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working closely with cross-functional teams to minimize production downtime.
  9. Develop and maintain production documentation, including work instructions, procedures, and production reports.
  10. Continuously evaluate and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in PCB production techniques and equipment.
  12. Collaborate with project managers to plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines.
  13. Participate in design reviews to provide input on DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and DFT (Design for Testability).
  14. Maintain a safe and organized production environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  15. Act as a liaison between production and other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Pcb Production, Preferably In A High-Tech Or Aerospace Industry.

  • Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Pcb Design And Manufacturing Processes, Including Surface Mount Technology (Smt) And Through-Hole Technology (Tht).

  • Proficiency In Industry-Standard Software Such As Altium, Cadence, And Cam350.

  • Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Complex Pcb Production Issues.
