  1. Conduct mission analysis to identify potential challenges and risks, and provide recommendations for mitigating them.
  2. Develop and implement operational plans and procedures for missions, ensuring efficient and effective execution.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop advanced technologies for aerospace, defense, security, and transportation industries.
  4. Provide technical expertise and support to resolve complex engineering problems related to mission operations.
  5. Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and processes that can enhance mission operations.
  6. Monitor and analyze mission data, and provide timely reports and updates to project managers.
  7. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and government agencies.
  8. Continuously assess and improve mission operations processes and procedures to ensure optimal performance.
  9. Train and mentor junior engineers on mission analysis and operational procedures.
  10. Adhere to safety and security protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  11. Take ownership of projects and tasks and ensure timely completion with high quality.
  12. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in aerospace and defense technologies.
  13. Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and other industry events.
  14. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and procurement, to manage project budgets and resources.
  15. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of mission analysis and operational processes.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively In A Team Environment.

  • Minimum Of Bachelor's Degree In Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 5 Years Of Experience In Mission Analysis And Operations In The Aerospace Or Defense Industry.

  • Proficiency In Software Tools Such As Stk, Matlab, And C/C++ For Mission Planning And Analysis.

  • Strong Understanding Of Satellite Systems, Orbital Mechanics, And Spacecraft Operations.
