  1. Perform manufacturing tasks in a timely and efficient manner, following safety and quality standards.
  2. Wire and assemble components according to engineering drawings and schematics.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve any wiring or manufacturing issues that may arise.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient production.
  5. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety protocols and production deadlines.
  6. Collaborate with engineers and other team members to identify ways to improve manufacturing processes and procedures.
  7. Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
  8. Continuously monitor and maintain the quality of products being manufactured.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in wiring techniques.
  10. Train and mentor new technicians as needed.
  11. Follow all established protocols for handling and disposing of hazardous materials.
  12. Communicate any potential safety hazards or concerns to management immediately.
  13. Identify and report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.
  15. Represent Thales in a professional manner and uphold our reputation for delivering high-quality products.

  • Experience With Electrical Wiring And Troubleshooting: Thales Is Looking For A Manufacturing Technician With Hands-On Experience In Electrical Wiring, As This Will Be A Key Responsibility In The Role. Candidates Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Technical Drawings, Use Wiring Schematics, And Have A Strong Understanding Of Electrical Systems.
