- Develop and implement the Logistics Support Analysis (LSA) program for Thales, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a team of engineers and analysts to support the LSA program and achieve its goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, maintainability, and supportability of Thales products.
- Develop and maintain LSA processes, procedures, and standards to meet industry and company requirements.
- Monitor and analyze LSA data to identify opportunities for improvement and cost reduction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on LSA principles and methodologies.
- Coordinate and conduct LSA reviews and audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet LSA program objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for the LSA program.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to LSA and implement them within the program.
- Mentor and train team members on LSA concepts and techniques.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide regular feedback to team members.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards within the LSA program.
- Act as a liaison between Thales and external partners and suppliers for LSA-related matters.
- Continuously strive for process improvement and cost reduction within the LSA program.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Computer Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Aerospace And Defense Industry, With At Least 2 Years In A Management Role.
Extensive Knowledge And Experience With Lsa Methodology And Tools, Such As Mil-Std-1388, S-Series, And Eagle.
Strong Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Cross-Functional Departments.
Proficiency In Project Management And Ability To Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously, While Meeting Tight Deadlines And Budget Constraints.
