- Oversee the daily operations of IT systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and meeting service level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address any IT service issues or gaps.
- Lead the development and maintenance of service catalogs and service level agreements.
- Monitor and analyze IT service performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage the budget for IT service management initiatives and ensure cost-effective solutions are implemented.
- Train and mentor team members on ITSM processes and procedures.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve IT service delivery.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities to streamline IT service management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors, to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services.
- Proactively identify and address potential risks and issues in IT service delivery.
- Lead and participate in IT service improvement projects and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in IT service management.
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of IT service documentation.
- Act as a point of contact for escalations and provide timely resolution of issues.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In It Service Management, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Itil Certification At The Expert Or Master Level.
Strong Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of It Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Abilities, With A Focus On Customer Service And Process Improvement.
