  4. Create and implement logistics plans and strategies to meet company goals and objectives.

  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any logistics-related issues or challenges.
  7. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures related to logistics operations.
  8. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to logistics activities.
  9. Identify and implement cost-saving measures in logistics processes.
  10. Train and mentor junior logistics staff to ensure smooth operations and knowledge transfer.
  11. Monitor and track shipment progress and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  12. Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  13. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics operations.
  14. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, developments, and best practices related to logistics.
