Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Minimum Of A Bachelor's Degree In Engineering, Such As Mechanical, Electrical, Or Industrial Engineering, Is Typically Required For An Ingénieur Méthodes Role At Thales.

  • Experience In Methods And Process Engineering: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Methods And Process Engineering, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Industrial Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles: Thales Is Committed To Continuous Improvement And Efficiency, So Knowledge And Experience In Lean Manufacturing Principles Is Highly Valued For This Role.
