Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Crm Development And Implementation, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Technical Skills In Crm Platforms Such As Salesforce, Sap, Or Microsoft Dynamics.
Experience In Project Management, Including Planning, Execution, And Delivery Within Budget And Timeline Constraints.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
