Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In A Process Engineering Role, Specifically In New Product Introduction Within The Manufacturing Industry.
Knowledge Of Lean Manufacturing Principles And Experience Implementing Them In A Production Environment.
Proficiency In Using Cad Software For Process Design And Optimization.
Strong Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Lead Cross-Functional Teams And Meet Project Milestones Within Tight Timelines.
