  1. Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations and standards.
  2. Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential safety and environmental hazards in all Thales operations.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices in health, safety, and environment.
  4. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
  5. Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and sustainability across the organization.
  6. Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
  7. Coordinate with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain positive relationships.
  8. Investigate and report on any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in health, safety, and environmental practices to continuously improve Thales' programs.
  10. Represent Thales in external forums and events to promote our commitment to health, safety, and environmental sustainability.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environment (Hse) Role, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Multinational Company.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Local And International Hse Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.

  • Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Are Preferred.
