- Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures in accordance with local and international regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address potential safety and environmental hazards in all Thales operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices in health, safety, and environment.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on health, safety, and environmental matters.
- Conduct training and awareness programs to promote a culture of safety and sustainability across the organization.
- Monitor and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance and maintain positive relationships.
- Investigate and report on any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and recommend corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and advancements in health, safety, and environmental practices to continuously improve Thales' programs.
- Represent Thales in external forums and events to promote our commitment to health, safety, and environmental sustainability.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
Bachelor's Degree In Occupational Health And Safety, Environmental Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Health, Safety, And Environment (Hse) Role, Preferably In A Large Organization Or Multinational Company.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Local And International Hse Laws, Regulations, And Industry Standards.
Professional Certifications Such As Certified Safety Professional (Csp) Or Certified Industrial Hygienist (Cih) Are Preferred.
