  12. Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
  13. Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management to provide updates and progress reports.
  14. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance customer satisfaction.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador for Thales, promoting our products and services to potential customers.
  16. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  17. Travel to various locations as required to provide support to customers.
  18. Maintain and manage inventory of equipment and spare parts.
  19. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer needs and provide technical insights.
  20. Adhere to all company and industry regulations and standards.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field: A Field Service Engineer At Thales Must Have A Strong Technical Background And A Degree In An Engineering Discipline Or A Related Field Such As Computer Science Or Electronics.

  • Relevant Work Experience: Thales Prefers Candidates With At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Technical Field, Preferably In A Customer-Facing Role. This Experience Should Include Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Knowledge Of Thales Products And Systems: Familiarity With Thales Products And Systems Is Essential For A Field Service Engineer. This Includes Knowledge Of Thales’ Defense And Security Solutions, As Well As Their Communication, Transportation, And Aerospace Systems.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: As A Field Service Engineer, You Will Be Working With A Diverse Range Of Customers And Team Members. Therefore, Strong Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, Are Necessary To Effectively Convey Technical Information And Build Relationships With Clients.

  • Ability To Travel And Work In A Fast-Paced Environment: Field Service Engineers At Thales Are Required To Travel To Various Locations, Both Domestically And Internationally, To Provide Support To Clients. Additionally, Thales Operates In A Fast-Paced Environment, So The Ability To Adapt To Changing Priorities And Work Under Pressure Is Important For This Role.
