- Oversee and manage the delivery of engineering projects and packages within the organization
- Develop and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure successful delivery
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Track and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any potential issues or delays
- Ensure compliance with company and industry standards and regulations
- Monitor and manage project risks, taking proactive measures to mitigate any potential issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, clients, and vendors
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams as needed
- Conduct regular meetings and status updates with project team members to ensure alignment and progress
- Continuously strive for process improvement and optimization within the engineering project management function
- Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or Related Field
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably Within The Engineering Industry
Strong Understanding Of Project Management Methodologies And Tools
Knowledge Of Relevant Regulations And Compliance Standards In The Engineering Industry.
