  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution partners to drive business growth and increase revenue.

  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of Thales products and services to distribution partners.
  4. Conduct regular meetings and business reviews with distribution partners to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
  5. Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share.
  6. Act as the main point of contact for distribution partners, providing timely and effective communication and support.
  7. Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
  8. Proactively identify and address any issues or concerns raised by distribution partners to maintain strong partnerships.
  9. Stay updated on Thales's products and services, as well as industry developments, to provide informed recommendations and solutions to distribution partners.
  10. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement marketing strategies and programs that support distribution partner activities.
  11. Represent Thales at industry events and conferences to network and promote our products and services.
  12. Continuously monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' activities to identify potential risks and opportunities for business growth.
  13. Prepare and present detailed reports and proposals to senior management on distribution partner performance and opportunities for improvement.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management, Preferably In The Distribution Industry.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Build And Maintain Relationships With Distribution Partners.

  • Proven Track Record Of Meeting And Exceeding Sales Targets And Developing Strategic Account Plans.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Distribution Channels And Market Trends In The Relevant Industry, With The Ability To Identify New Business Opportunities.
