DevSecOps Squad Lead

Thales is currently seeking a DevSecOps Squad Lead to join the team in Melbourne, FL. This role will is currently virtual, but may require occasional onsite presence once restrictions have been lifted. The DevSecOps Squad Lead will lead the software efforts of the company’s In Flight Entertainment (IFEC) product suite. This individual will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring and delivering software projects within the Digital Engineering organization. Responsible for the overall planning, execution, and success of technical projects by utilizing and working with multiple global teams Define with both Product Owner and System/Software architects how the main features will be satisfied. Prioritize operations' escalations for services run among a DevSecOps squad. Validate the technical solution regarding current choices of features developed by the assigned squad and provide further upgrades, as necessary.
