- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop solutions to enhance the reliability of Thales products.
- Conduct thorough analysis of product performance data to identify areas for improvement and proactively address potential issues.
- Develop and implement effective strategies and processes to improve the overall reliability of Thales products and services.
- Serve as a technical resource for customer inquiries and support, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs, concerns, and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that customer feedback is addressed and incorporated into product development and improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in technology to continuously improve the reliability and performance of Thales products and services.
- Develop and maintain documentation and reports related to product reliability and customer service activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all customer service and reliability engineering activities.
Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Or Technical Support Role.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Interact With Customers And Internal Teams.
Proficient In Troubleshooting And Resolving Technical Issues Related To Complex Systems And Software.
Knowledge Of Reliability Engineering Principles And Experience In Implementing Reliability Improvement Processes.
