  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and updates in cloud computing to continuously improve and enhance Thales' offerings.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing customized solutions.
  5. Analyze and identify patterns in technical support requests to proactively address potential issues and improve overall customer experience.
  6. Communicate technical information and solutions in a clear and concise manner to clients and internal teams.
  7. Document technical support processes and create knowledge base articles for common issues, enabling self-service support for clients.
  8. Act as a subject matter expert for Thales' cloud solutions, providing guidance and support to internal teams and clients.
  9. Participate in the design and development of new cloud solutions, providing insights and recommendations based on customer feedback and technical expertise.
  10. Continuously strive to improve and optimize technical support processes, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of client issues.

Job Qualifications
  • Knowledge And Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms: A Cloud Support Engineer At Thales Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Cloud Computing Platforms, Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud. They Should Have Hands-On Experience In Deploying, Managing, And Troubleshooting Cloud-Based Applications And Services.
