  1. Lead and manage the deal desk operations team to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement strategies and processes to enhance the deal desk operations and support the sales team.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, legal, and product, to ensure smooth and timely deal execution.
  4. Monitor and analyze deal desk performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous process improvement.
  5. Oversee the development and maintenance of deal desk policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  6. Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively support the sales team.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert on deal desk operations, providing guidance and support to the sales team and other stakeholders.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales leadership, to understand business needs and align deal desk operations accordingly.
  9. Manage the deal approval process, ensuring timely and accurate review and approval of deals.
  10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in deal desk operations and incorporate them into our processes.
  11. Prepare and present reports to senior leadership on deal desk operations performance and key metrics.

Job Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication And Negotiation Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams.
