- Fabricate metal tubing according to engineering drawings and specifications.
- Use various tools and equipment, such as tube benders, saws, and grinders, to shape and manipulate metal tubing.
- Ensure all parts meet strict quality standards, including dimensions, tolerances, and surface finish.
- Perform visual and dimensional inspections throughout the fabrication process to verify accuracy and identify any defects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during the fabrication process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while operating machinery and handling materials.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects and meet production goals.
- Continuously improve processes and techniques to optimize efficiency and quality.

Experience In Tube Fabrication: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience In Tube Fabrication, Preferably In A Manufacturing Or Aerospace Industry. They Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Fabrication Processes, Tools, And Techniques.
Proficiency In Blueprint Reading And Interpretation: A Tube Fabricator C Should Be Able To Read And Interpret Complex Engineering Drawings And Blueprints To Ensure Accurate Fabrication And Assembly Of Tubes. Knowledge Of Gd&T (Geometric Dimensioning And Tolerancing) Is Also Preferred.
Skilled In Tube Bending And Forming: The Candidate Should Have Expertise In Tube Bending And Forming Techniques, Including Manual And Cnc Bending, Flaring, Swaging, And Beading. They Should Also Be Familiar With Different Types Of Tubing Materials Such As Aluminum, Steel, And Titanium.
Familiarity With Quality Standards And Processes: A Tube Fabricator C Should Have A Good Understanding Of Quality Standards And Processes, Such As Iso, As9100, And Lean Manufacturing Principles. They Should Have Experience In Conducting Inspections And Using Measuring Tools To Ensure Compliance With Specifications.
Strong Attention To Detail And Problem-Solving Skills: Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Tube Fabrication To Ensure Precise And Accurate Assembly.
