Job Description

Textron is seeking a highly motivated Trade Compliance Associate Analyst to join our team. As a member of our trade compliance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our company operates in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations related to international trade.   1. Ensure compliance with all international trade laws and regulations in all aspects of the company's operations.
  2. Conduct thorough research and analysis of global trade laws to develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of compliance requirements.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain compliance procedures and processes.
  4. Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify potential compliance risks and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  5. Monitor and track changes in international trade laws and regulations, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on compliance requirements and best practices.
  7. Prepare and submit necessary documentation and reports to regulatory agencies.
  8. Investigate and address any potential compliance violations or issues.
  9. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to trade compliance.
  10. Support the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to international trade compliance.
  12. Communicate and work closely with external partners, including suppliers and customs brokers, to ensure compliance in all trade transactions.
  13. Proactively identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process and system enhancements.
  14. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to trade compliance as needed.
  15. Uphold a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all trade compliance matters.

Job Qualifications
  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Bachelor's Degree In International Trade, Business, Or A Related Field.

  • At Least 2 Years Of Experience In Trade Compliance Or International Trade.

  • Familiarity With Us Trade Regulations, Including Itar, Ear, And Ofac.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Cross-Functional Teams And External Stakeholders.
