- Develop and implement technical training programs for employees at all levels within the organization.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training needs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver effective training materials and programs.
- Utilize various training methods and techniques to engage and develop employees.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback.
- Continuously improve and update training materials and programs to ensure relevance and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain training schedules and calendars to ensure timely delivery of training.
- Manage and allocate resources, including budget, for training initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and instructional design.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the organization.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to fellow trainers and employees participating in training programs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements in training programs.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address training needs for specific job roles or projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external training partners and vendors.
- Communicate and promote training opportunities and initiatives to employees.
- Track and report on training metrics and effectiveness to management.
- Lead and facilitate training sessions as needed.
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during training programs.

- Continuously seek ways to improve and innovate the training and learning processes within the organization.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Instructional Design, Education, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Developing And Delivering Technical Training Programs, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Strong Knowledge Of Instructional Design Principles, Adult Learning Theories, And Training Evaluation Methods.
Experience Managing A Team Of Trainers And Instructional Designers, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Interact Effectively With Technical Subject Matter Experts And Senior Leaders.
