  1. Lead and manage the Avionics department, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  2. Provide expert technical support and guidance to team members and customers.
  3. Develop and implement strategies to improve the performance and efficiency of the Avionics department.
  4. Train, mentor, and develop team members to ensure a high level of expertise and professionalism.
  5. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of Avionics systems.
  7. Monitor and analyze department performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

  11. Identify and address any technical issues or challenges that may arise during project execution.
  12. Participate in budget planning and cost control initiatives for the Avionics department.
  13. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee satisfaction.
  14. Represent the company in a professional manner at industry events and conferences.
  15. Continuously evaluate and improve processes to enhance overall department performance and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Aviation Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Avionics Maintenance And Troubleshooting.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Federal Aviation Regulations (Fars), Aircraft Systems, And Avionics Equipment.

  • Excellent Leadership And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Manage A Team And Interact With Customers.

  • Prior Experience In A Technical Service Or Support Role, Preferably In The Aviation Industry.
