- Lead and manage a team of service technicians to ensure timely and efficient delivery of technical services to clients.

Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Or Computer Science.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Technical Service Or Support Role, Preferably Within The Aviation Industry.
Strong Technical Knowledge And Understanding Of Textron's Products And Systems.
Proven Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team Of Technical Professionals.
Excellent Communication And Customer Service Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
