  5. Create and implement strategic account plans to achieve business objectives and targets.

  8. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Textron's products and services and effectively communicate their value to clients.
  10. Stay updated on Textron's offerings and advancements to proactively suggest new solutions to clients.
  11. Ensure timely and accurate reporting of account activities and results.
  12. Continuously strive to strengthen and expand relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  13. Act as a brand ambassador for Textron, representing the company in a positive and professional manner.
  14. Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance standards and ensure they are met by both Textron and our clients.
  15. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective strategies for business growth.
